If you feel that your unit requires warranty or non-warranty repair service, please send your unit to us for this service:

You can use our online Repair Form to send all of the necessary information to us with your unit. This form will help us to quickly process, repair and return your equipment. You can also enter your flash unit's serial number on this repair form to see if the unit is still under warranty.
