Everything you purchase arrives with a 60-Day Absolute Satisfaction Guarantee, giving you 60 days to try out the equipment and make sure that you love it. If you don’t love it, you can return it within 60 days for a refund, minus the shipping costs. This is an unlimited, no questions asked guarantee. If you have placed an order and wish to make a change or cancel the order, please contact us immediately. If the order has already shipped, you can still return the equipment within 60 days for a refund, minus the shipping costs.

All of our products arrive with our Factory Warranty that covers the repair or replacement of any equipment that becomes defective under normal use. The repaired item or replacement item must be sent to the original destination. Read more about the individual product warranties below.
Our factory warranty covers the repair or replacement of products that have become defective under normal use, as outlined in the product description and product manual. A product’s warranty does not apply to any flashtubes, modeling lamps, batteries or memory cards that arrive with it (except in the unusual case of unexpected manufacturer’s defect) as these become exhausted based on normal use. Repair service includes shipment via UPS ground to the original destination (where the equipment was originally sent) for customers in the United States. We currently sell two products that are not Paul C. Buff™ products: the PocketWizard® PowerMC2 Receivers (MC2-US and MC2-CE). These products are designed and manufactured by LPA Design for use with our Einstein™ flash units. We offer our standard 60-Day Absolute Satisfaction Guarantee on these products, but they are covered under a two-year limited manufacturer’s warranty offered by PocketWizard® / LPA Design. AlienBees™ Flash Unit and Zeus™ Power Pack Warranty Upgrades
Within two years of your purchase date, our factory will upgrade an AlienBees™ B400 or B800 flash unit to a higher power model for a charge of $25 plus the price difference between the models. Similarly, within two years of your purchase date, our factory will upgrade a Zeus™ Z1250 power pack to a Z2500 power pack for a charge of $50 plus the price difference between the two packs.
The shipping charges (both to and from our offices) are not included. You can ship your unit to us using your choice of shipping method and carrier. We advise using a method where tracking is available. You may wish to purchase insurance as well (we cannot be responsible for items that you ship to us using your preferred shipping method). We will ship your upgraded unit to you using your choice of available UPS shipping methods for your location.
With the upgrade, we will include a new housing or case (with the AlienBees™ units you can change housing colors if you like) and any factory warranty service needed. The normal turnaround time for upgrades, color changes and service is 2 to 4 business days from the receipt of your unit and payment arrangement.
