Softboxes and Octaboxes
Our softboxes and octaboxes provide a soft, diffused output that evenly covers your subject with a gorgeous wash of light. We offer three rectangular softboxes, a narrow rectangular stripbox and two octagonal softboxes ("octaboxes") in various sizes depending on your subject and coverage needs. The octaboxes differ from the softboxes only in shape, as the octagonal shape delivers a more rounded throw, producing a round catch light.

Softbox / Octabox Grids
A grid is used with a softbox or octabox to control light spill; it can be particularly helpful in tight shooting environments. The soft light quality of the boxes remains, but the grids allow you to have more directional control over the output by tightening the beam spread to 40º.
