Cyber Commander™ Setup Transfer

If you have saved setups on an older MicroSD card that you wish to transfer to a new card, follow these steps to transfer the setups from card to card:

  1. Insert the original MicroSD memory card (with the saved setups) into the card reader that is connected to your computer.

  2. Navigate to the MicroSD card drive folder, and click to open. Leave this window open.

  3. Create a new folder on your desktop to back up the contents of your memory card.
    • Note: Be sure to name the new backup folder something that distinguishes it from the downloaded firmware folder (example: “CC_V.29 back up”).

  4. Click and drag the “PCBUFF” folder from the MicroSD card to your newly created backup folder.

  5. Eject or safely remove the MicroSD card from the card reader.

  6. Insert your new MicroSD card into the card reader.

  7. Navigate to the new MicroSD card drive folder, and click to open. Inside this folder, locate and open the “PCBUFF” folder. You should see a folder labeled “CCMDR” inside the “PCBUFF” folder. Leave this window open.

  8. Navigate to your newly created backup folder and open the “PCBUFF” folder. Inside this folder, locate and open the “CCMDR” folder. Inside the “CCMDR” folder, locate the “CONFIGS” folder. Click and drag this “CONFIGS” folder into the “CCMDR” folder on the MicroSD card, allowing the computer to overwrite the existing folder of the same name, if prompted.

  9. Eject or safely remove the MicroSD card from the card reader and install it in the Cyber Commander™ remote. Your setups should now be intact and ready to use.
