Do you recommend any repair centers outside of the Paul C. Buff, Inc.™ headquarters?
For customers in Canada, we recommend our Canadian authorized service and repair center, Service Camera Pro, for both warranty and non-warranty repairs. Using this repair center in Canada allows our Canadian customers to have quality service for their equipment without the added expenses and extended turnaround time involved in shipping the equipment across the border to our facility. All other products MUST come to Paul C. Buff, Inc.™ for repairs and service. We DO NOT recommend service from any other location. Any work or service performed by individuals or service centers other than Paul C. Buff, Inc.™, or Service Camera Pro, may void your product warranty.
