PAYMENT OPTIONS – Accepted forms of payment include Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover
ORDER PROCESSING TIME – Orders placed with the FedEx Home Delivery option are processed and are typically shipped from our facility within 1-3 business days. Orders placed with FedEx Expedited Shipping options that are placed before 2pm CT are shipped the same business day. If the order with expedited shipping is placed after 2pm CT, the order will ship the following business day.
HOURS OF OPERATION – All orders are processed and shipped during our normal hours of operation (Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm CT).
All orders (including expedited shipments) placed on weekends or holidays will not be processed until the following business day.
CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING EMAILS – Once you have placed your order with us you will receive a confirmation email that contains your confirmation number and order details. You will receive a separate email containing your FedEx tracking number once the order has shipped. Please be aware that you will only be emailed one tracking number regardless of the number of packages in this shipment. If you have multiple boxes in your shipment you will be able to check their status once you input your tracking number on the FedEx website. If you do not receive your confirmation email or tracking number, please check your spam folder or contact us.
DIMENSIONAL WEIGHT – Shipment cost is calculated by dimensional weight, which relates to the amount of limited space that is available on delivery trucks. This calculation is used by all commercial freight services (including FedEx). DIM weight accounts for the package density (L x W x H) to determine shipping rates. We will package our products to arrive to you in the most cost effective and durable packaging to protect your investment.
WHERE DO WE SHIP – Currently we are able to process and ship orders directly to anyone in the US, US territories, APO and FPO military bases, and Canada. For customers located at FPO and APO military addresses please contactour customer service to place your order. All other international customers please click here for ordering information.
SHIPPING DELAYS – Occasionally there are unexpected delays due to weather. We will do our best to alert these on our homepage. You can also view the FedEx website for information on any current delays.
